Winvip Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Begin

In this document, "Winvip", "we", and "our" refer to the winvip-baji.com platform and its operating entity. "User", "member", and "you" refer to any individual who uses this platform.

Winvip An online gaming and betting platform offering entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. The platform includes Sports Betting, casino games, and a range of other gaming activities.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali, which constitutes the original and binding version. In case of any discrepancy, the Bengali version shall prevail.

To create an account on Winvip, you must provide accurate and truthful information. The name, mobile number, and other details submitted at registration must match your identity documents.

• Each individual is entitled to only One Account can be opened. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed.
• Your account password and login details must be kept strictly confidential.
• Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Winvip reserves the right to cancel any account found to have been registered with false information.
• If you need to update your account information, please contact support — attempting to make changes yourself may result in a temporary account suspension.

Winvip only 18 years of age or older for adults only. Opening an account as a minor is strictly prohibited. Winvip may request a copy of your National ID or passport for age verification purposes.

Any individual who deliberately provides false information regarding their age or identity will have all transactions on that account cancelled, and the balance may be forfeited.

Winvip currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions must be made from an account registered in your own name.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100
• After making a deposit, you must submit the Transaction ID.
• Deposits are usually instant. If more than 30 minutes have passed, please contact support.
• Winvip does not charge any deposit fees.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings earned from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Winvip reserves the right to carry out additional verification for any unusual transactions.

Winvip's bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to the applicable terms.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members on their first deposit only. Applicable once per account.
• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus comes with specific turnover requirements. Withdrawals cannot be made until those requirements are met.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus must generally be used within 7 to 30 days of issuance.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously — unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

All games and betting services on Winvip are conducted fairly and transparently, with every game outcome determined by a technically unbiased system.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled — unless a technical error has occurred.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round may be declared void.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
• Placing opposing bets on the same match to gain a financial advantage (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Winvip reserves the right to cancel any bet if suspicious activity is detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Winvip. Violations will result in immediate account closure and your balance may be forfeited:

• 💳 Use of fraudulent or stolen payment methods
• 👤 Registering under a false identity or operating an account in someone else's name
• 🤖 Use of bots, automation software, or hacking tools
• 🔄 Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• 🎁 Attempting to exploit the bonus system or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts
• ⚡ Deliberately attacking or disrupting our servers or systems
• 📞 Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other users

Winvip takes the protection of your personal data extremely seriously. Information collected at the time of registration is used solely for the purposes of providing services, verification, and security.

We never sell your personal information to third parties. However, we may be required to share data with relevant authorities under legal obligations.

Winvip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Terms Violation
• Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Users may also request account closure at any time. An opportunity to withdraw the remaining balance will be provided before the account is closed — unless the closure is due to a breach of our rules.

Winvip strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses due to internet connection disruptions
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers
• Loss of password or account information due to the user's own negligence
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime

Wins and losses are entirely the user's own responsibility. Winvip Not liable for any financial losses.

Winvip reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.
